uality control is the backbone of precision machining. At Malmberg Engineering, we have developed leading-edge quality control and inspection processes that ensure the highest level of quality in finish, fit, and function and accuracy to within 0.0001 of an inch. We are currently ISO-9001:2000 registered, and certified to MIL-I-45208 standards. In addition, all gauges and measuring devices are maintained and calibrated to National Bureau of Standards procedures. The end result is a quality standard of 99% or better.

Our quality control department and inspection equipment is housed in a clean 800 square foot, temperature-controlled room. Our list of quality control equipment includes:
